SupTech Industry Group
As Founding Secretary of the SupTech Industry Group (SIG), I play a central role in coordinating the strategic and operational foundations of this collaborative vendor-led consortium. I manage governance and communications—documenting board decisions, maintaining bylaws, and ensuring transparent dialogue across founding members—so that the group delivers real value to public-sector agencies. By handling the administrative backbone, I enable the SIG to effectively “promote interchange and integration between SupTech providers” and “bring SupTech out of the corner” by representing vendor perspectives in the wider regulatory innovation ecosystem.
In addition to secretarial work, I help shape SIG’s mission and programming—supporting coordination with the Cambridge SupTech Lab, planning content, and developing joined-up vendor-led publications, events, and case studies. My efforts underpin the Group’s goals to accelerate innovation, scale SupTech tools across supervisory bodies, and elevate shared learning across vendors—ensuring that public-sector regulators have access to interoperable, co-created solutions informed by real-world vendor experiences.
