Cambridge SupTech Lab
As Co‑Founder and Co‑Director of the Cambridge SupTech Lab at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, I architect and lead a center of excellence dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of financial supervision globally. In this role, I oversee the lab’s strategic vision—bridging rigorous research from the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance with real-world implementation to empower supervisory agencies. From spearheading experiential education programs and capacity-building initiatives to developing diagnostic tools, accelerators, and digital toolkits, I ensure our offerings help regulators innovate in areas like consumer protection, fraud detection, climate risk oversight, and AI bias mitigation..
My work also focuses on nurturing an ecosystem of global SupTech innovation. I co-curate initiatives like SupTech Week and public-private hackathons that convene regulators, technologists, and vendors—fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and co-creation . Drawing on my experience as a “Sherpa, Translator, and Advocate,” I guide diagnostic and human-centered design engagements with financial authorities, simplify emerging tech for broad audiences, and build the marketplace for scalable supervisory tools. As lab co-director, I'm committed to empowering regulatory leaders worldwide with the skills, networks, and frameworks to drive ethical, data‑informed, and citizen‑centric supervision in the digital age.
