Online dispute resolution and digital public infrastructure – what’s the connection?

When it comes to inclusive, trustworthy digital public infrastructure (DPI), online dispute resolution (ODR) can – and should – act as a key safeguarding measure. While historically used in the private sector, ODR can play an important role in the DPI ecosystem – as it both ensures users are fairly treated and promotes trust in the digital systems they use.
